| Firmware is provided for carrying our weighment transactions in Electronic weigh bridge. This terminal can be interfaced to a variety of Weight indicators through RS232 or RS485 serial interface using simple configuration. Flexible selection of data entry parameters for first and second weighment, use of master files for some parameters, required plain / pre-printed weigh slip formats, data storage records and report format are all configurable using simple setup procedure. About 100 pending transactions and 1000 completed transactions can be stored in internal memory. The second serial port can be configured for communicating to a Jumbo display or to a PC. |
This display unit is capable of displaying numeric data received through RS485/RS232C serial communication. It has six 7- segment display modules of required size. The data format and the communication parameters can be configured by attaching a PC keyboard to the display. Serial data provided in MODBUS protocol can also be displayed. The display unit operates using 230 V AC SMPS power supply. Customised display units for other applications can also be provided.
| This is a simple unit which can be used along with a weigh scale where recording of data is not important. A two line LED display is provided for displaying the Set weight and actual weight and a PC keyboard interface is provided. This unit can be interfaced to a variety of Weight indicators through RS232 or RS485 serial interface using simple configuration. Provision is given for entering and storing about 10 set weights. The set weight data can be used sequentially for weighment or selected by the operator as and when required. Depending on the current set weight and actual weight, visual indication is provided to the operator for Over weight, Correct weight and Under weight. When the weight is registered by he operator, an alarm is raised if the weight is not within the tolerance limits. |

| This instrument is useful for controlling input feeding mechanisms to feed/fill required quantity of material into a tank/hopper/bag. A maximum of 6 material can be batched using this controller, each with coarse/fine feeding. Four opto-isolated digital inputs are provided for controlling the batching process. |

This is a Electronic weigh scale suitable for use in Hazardous areas. These are fitted with high speed Digital indicator enclosed in a rugged Flame-proof enclosure. Zener barriers are used for connecting to the EX approved load cell mounted in the weighing platform. Isolated digital outputs are provided as an option making them suitable for Check weighing and Filling applications. Special numeric keypads are also available as option for entering Tare weight for Check weighing.
The junction box is used for connecting a number of load cells in parallel and o get a single signal output. Separate models are available for connecting 4 or 6 load cells in parallel. Provision is given for adjusting the excitation voltage fed to individual load cells for correcting corner variation. It is normally supplied in a plastic enclosure and optionally in cast aluminum enclosure.

| This is a rugged and elegant weighing machine suitable for use in public places. The capacity of the machine is 150 kgs. A fool-proof coin mechanism is fitted to the machine for inserting the coin and a secured coin storage is provided inside the machine. On inserting a coin the machine displays the weight of the person standing on the platform. The coin storage is protected with dual locks making it easy for operating it on partnership basis. A choice of 1 rupee or 2 rupee or 5 rupee coin is available. A thermal printer for printing a weigh ticket in regional language is also available as an option. |
This is a compact rail mountable module used for converting load signal to a standard 4-20 mA or 0-10 V DC signal. It operates using a 24 V DC power supply. It supports upto 4 load cells connected in parallel. A highly stable reference voltage is used for providing 10 V DC excitation and the load cell signal is amplified using a high precision amplifier. It is ideal for use as a PLC front-end for interfacing load cell signal to analog input module.
