We are offering rotary atomizer. Conversion of the feed into fine droplets achieved by spraying through a high speed rotating perforated disc is known as rotary disc atomization and produces fine droplets resulting in fine powder particles of dried products.

We are offering nozzle atomizer conversion of the feed into fine droplets achieved by pumping the feed under high pressure through an orifice is known as nozzle atomization and is popularly used to produce coarse droplets resulting in large granular particles of dried products.

We are offering spin flash dryers. A spin flash dryer produces powder from feed, which is viscous or gelatinous in nature, paste or filter cake. The two step process involves disintegration of the feed and drying of the disintegrated feed. Depending upon the nature of the feed material, conventional arm design could be used for crystalline, non-sticky material or acmefil's specially engineered rotating spin design disintegrator could be used to handle sticky and gelatinous materials.

We are offering flash dryers. A flash dryer is used to dry residual moisture from centrifuged cakes or powders. Flash dryers, ring dryer, rotary atomizerdrying process is accomplished by contacting the powder with hot air travelling at high velocity. The heat is used for drying and the air pneumatically conveys the powder for separation in a cyclone or a bag filter. A product classifier ensures only dry powder leaving the drying chamber. A modified version of a flash dryer is a ring dryer and incorporates a centrifugal classifier that uses deflector blades to select and classify air borne particles on the basis of their densities. As a result of centrifugal action, the behavior and wetter particles follow the ring duct periphery more closely and are recycled back, while the fine dried material leaves the dryer with the exhaust air to be collected in the cyclone or bag filter before being scrubbed in a venturi scrubber.

We are offering spray pyrolysis system. Spray pyrolysis systems is custom built drying system used for continuous transformation of liquid feed into a dried solid product by spraying the feed into a stream of hot drying air. The feed slurry is pumped in controlled rate by a metering pump and sprayed into the spray dryer reactor through nozzle atomizer, provided at the flat top of the reactor. The spray is co-current to the drying hot air which is produced by a gas fired direct type hot air generator entering from the top of the reactor through air distributor. The heat transfer takes place when the hot air comes in contact with the spray and evaporation takes place, the dried particulates thus produced having desired moisture content is collected from the bottom of the reactor and cyclone separator through discharge valve. Further the residual moisture of the dried product can be controlled by varying the feed rate to the system.

We are offering spray cooling system. Spray cooling is a process of conversion of molten mass into droplets which is exposed to cold air and thereby solidifying the liquid into defined particles size.

We are offering falling film evaporator. As the name indicates the product is fed to the inside surface of a large number of tubes through which it passes downwards forming a thin film. The steam enters the jacket surrounding the tubes and leaves at the bottom as condensate. The product inside the tubes boils, and the vapour accelerates to the bottom and separated in vapour separator. As the entire system is working under vacuum evaporation, temperature is very low (below 100 deg c) and thus the system can be applied for heat sensitive products.

We are offering batch type fluid bed dryer. Acmefil fluid bed processing includes drying as well as granulation, agglomeration and coating of particulate materials. It is designed to uniform drying of the material at low temperature and is ideal for a wide range of both heat sensitive and non-heat sensitive prodcts for low moist powder. In case of fluid bed coater cum granulator, agglomeration and granulation may be performed in a number of ways depending upon the feed to be processed and the product properties to be achieved.

We are offering ultra filtration system. A complete spectrum of membrane separation systems are offered, be it reverse osmosis, nano, ultra or micro filtration. Membrane technology is the latest and most advanced separation technologies available and used today. The main advantage of membrane technology is, it brings separation without the use of expensive chemicals, minimal unavailable power, no thermal energy requirement and uses the least floor space for said application and proceeds in well defined process conditions membrane technology is a generic term used for a number of different very characteristic separation process. It is termed membrane technology, as a membrane is used in each of these processes. The principle of operation is very simple. The membrane acts as a specific filter, allowing the defined molecules passage, rejecting the rest. Accordingly, we have the following types of membranes reverse osmosis, nano filtration, ultra filtration and micro filtration. Ultra filtration system membrane systemadvancement in the membrane technology coupled with the variety of materials and configuration in availability, today membrane technology is competing effectively or better to conventional technologies.

We offer zero effluent discharge system. Every industry produces both liquid, solid and air emissions. To overcome all the environmental problems and to meet the pollution control norms, acmefil has developed a zero liquid discharge system by which industrial effluent treatment is economically handled introducing technology of evaporation, concentration, salt separation, optionally high temperature spray drying. Acmefil also offers air pollution control equipments like bag filter, wet scrubber and electrostatic precipitator.
