Water in present is active medium for number of species to leave and grow and often get infested with living micro organisms such as bacteria, fungus and algae. These organisms are harmful for the cooling water systems. They enhance the corrosion and fouling in the cooling water system. Watchem-2222/2233 chemical properties are enough capable to kill, eliminate and control.

Bacteria such as Pscudomonas, Aerobactor, SRB, IRB, basellus and algae like ‘Cyanophyta [Blue - Green], Bacillariophyta (Diatoms) and Chlorophyta (Green) and finally fungi like Ascomycetes, Fungiimperfecti & basidiomycetes are the main microorganisms generally found in the cooling water system. Wurchem-2222/2233 has got the special chemical properties to attack and kill the cytoplasmic membrane of the bacteria causing the death of the cell. Wutchem-2222/2233 is very effective over wide pH range. It effectively controls the slime forming Micro organism, specially algae & fungus.
Dosage
Watchem-2222/2233 cannot be simply wasted in the cooling water system for which we have fully trained and expert professionals for advising the correct dosage based on the system details and other critical water parameters. We also have another service backup personal on a regular interval basis to check and monitor chemical treatment programme. Submission to periodical on-site water analysis report covering critical parameters is an added advantage from Watchem family. Watchem-2222/2233 should be dosed as slug dose directly to the cooling water pump preferably in the evening time where maximum turbulence takes place. This will ensure performance on Watchem cooling treatment programme.

Handling & safety Measures
Watchem products may have itching and irritation while contacting with skin or eyes. In case of such incidents with water that too only plain and cold. Do not handle Watchem without proper attention and industry recommended gloves, goggles, face shields and masks. Upon negligence of the above, medical attention is strongly recommended.
Storage
Watchem is supplied in heavy duty HDPE containers and are recommended to store in preferable ambient temperature and moisture free atmosphere. Before drawing the product from the container should shake well. Always ensure that the container is intact with the cap when it is not in use.
