Action Sport's PU Flooring is perfect for multi-purpose areas and high end gyms where both colors and looks are important, but also where technical details and toughness are critical factors. Our PU flooring is one of the best types of sports floors that are incredibly multi-functional. Polyurethane is an insitu floor done on site with multiple colors and multiple thickness available. Action Sports does not usually stock this product but imports it for each specific project. Please check with us for stock availability.

Product :  

• We offer two types of PU floorings-an indoor and an outdoor version. The outdoor version has a specialized UV coating and more dimensions stability due to fiber glass layer.
• PU flooring is constructed on site and therefore can be varied as required by the customer. Multiple color options are available.
• Furthermore some design patterns are possible, although these can not be as complex as vinyl floors

We are offering squash court.Technical information of squash courts-surface board:- made of kiln seasoned (moisture contain of approximately 14% at the time time of dispatch), treated maple wood finished with 21 mm thick, 57 to 83 mm wide and in random length in tongue and groove shape. The edges of the boards will have a finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove and treated with special anti-termite and water resistant lacquer.Maple wood is the hardest of hard woods and is the recommended wood for squash court. All major tournaments are played on maple wood floor only the under frame:- made of commercial quality pine wood runners of 70 mm x 45 mm, treated with anti-termite solution and fixed on the bottom side with 19 mm thick air cushioned pads, stapled through the two wings at 300 mm x 300 mminstallation: - ips subfloor treated with a vapour barrier to be placed on the leveled ips sub-floor before laying the under frame. The runners having air cushion pads to be placed on the vapour barrier in perfect level at 350 mm in 1 direction.
