Made with double wall, single door and inner chamber complete in SS, outer body of M.S., duly painted with enamel paint. Air circulating fan is provided for uniform air circulation inside the chamber. The Sterilizer Hot Air Oven comes with the following.
. Temperature Controller cum Indicator
. Microprocessor based Programmable Controller
. Forced Air Circulation Fan
. Digital Timer (or) Mechanical timer for 1 / 2 hour
These electrically operated Sterilizer Hot Air Ovens are used for sterilization. The mode of operation envolves the use of Hot Air to sterilize articles. The temperature range used for operation i.e sterilization is 50 to 300 C. A thermostate or a pid temperature controller is provided to controll the sterilizer temperature. The double wall provided in the sterilizer helps to maintain the higher temperatures inside the Sterilizer Hot Air Oven because it acts as insulation.
