Reducing Sleeves. Reducing Sleeves provided by the company are designed to be efficient and durable. Our range of Reducing Sleeves is available in customized specifications as well. We provide Reducing Sleeves that are equipped with morse taper shank in standard length, extended length according to DIN 2185 & DIN 2187 and ISO. We provide Reducing Sleeves for clamping small shanks in chucks with 5/16" or 8mm IDs. We offer Drill Sleeves within the basic range MT2-MT6. Drills Sleeves are ground from outside and inside and of course hardened.
Adaptor with ISO shank : We supply adaptor ISO/ISO and ISO/MT made in different sizes (50/40 or 40/30 and 30/2, 40/2 40/3 40/4 and 50/3 50/4 50/5.)
Process - First step : Press reduction sleeve into bore of chuck
- Second step : Clamp tool shank in reduction sleeve
