Dear Sir, Sub: MANUFACTURERS OF DC ELECTRIC HORNS. We introduce ourselves as the manufacturers of AC & DC electric horn manufacturers based at Srigandhadakaval Industrial estate, Bangalore. ADD-AN Auto Accessories is entrepreneurship company, started with the aim to be OEM suppliers in the coming future. With our earlier vast experience in field of DC electric horn manufacturing, this has encouraged us to put all our earlier learning’s into ADD-AN Auto Accessories. INCEPTION: ADD-AN Auto Accessories started came into inception in the year Oct 2016. INFRASTRUCTURE: Our Infrastructure is set up in 3000 sq ft area with sizable investment comprising of 4, 8 and 10 tonne hydro pneumatic presses, closed horn testing booth, 30 tone power press, coil straightner and other basic facilities required. Additional investments are planned based on the requirements for further expansion. The critical components are manufactured in- house to ensure quality assurance of the component. We have production capacity of 45,000 horns/ month and will be expanded based on the requirements time to time. Current production 30,000 horns/month. The robust design of tools with Pokayoke, right source of raw material, process will result in the better component and finally the product. PRODUCTION & QUALITY: Our teams with work experience of more than 15 years in similar industry have worked in various capacities from Operator, quality, design and production. Every Horn is tested in a closed Booth Chamber Monitored with frequency meter, voltmeter, Ammeter with high, low & normal working voltage range as per standards. Digitally monitored endurance test chamber to check the life of the horn as per IS 1884: 1993 standards. Quality of the product is monitored at each stage of production through on line inspection, set up approvals, display of limit samples etc. PRODUCT RANGE: Currently we are manufacturing 7T4 dia,8T2 dia, 92 dia, 100 dia 110 dia horns for the aftermarket, export requirement
