Gudgeon pins are made from special quality graded alloy steels and duly hardened to withstand wear and tear. Outer surface of the pins are properly ground and highly polished for smooth performance.specially made for kirlosker / metalex ammonia compressor.
Discharge Valve assembly are manufactured in reed type, made from stainless steel, carbon steel, S. G. Iron etc. Valve plates are made out of flapper valve steel, spring steel. Valve seats and valve plates have micro lapping finish to ensure zero leakage.
All Precision Operations are Done On Cnc Machines to Achieve the Best Quality Standards and Performance. all Gear are 100% Tested On Specially Designed Testing Equipment. all Gears are Machined On Special Teeth Cutting Machines and Duly Nitrated.
