Fish and other small species screening can be a stumbling block with many systems, and can contribute to both the capital costs and the ongoing costs. The usual need is to exclude all fish as far as reasonably possible sometimes meaning screen mesh sizing of as little as 3mm is requested. This is a design idea for an individual & Industrial, de-centralized, grid connected Solar Photo Voltaic (SPV) system. For Example Normal day-to-day energy consumption of a small family of 4, is assumed to be 5-8 units (1 unit = 1 kWh). If one is ENERGY-WISE, the consumption can be reduced to 3-5 units a day. By installing 1 kW SPV on your roof-top, you avoid CO2 emission of 0.62 kg for every unit generated. Thus getting carbon credits and helping the nation in its mission of renewable energy.
There are seasonal variations in power generation form 70 - 105% over the year. On cloudy days power generation could drop to 20%. In India, usually 300 sunny days are expected. The performance graph is at the end of this page.
There are four main components in SPV system: Solar Panels, Batteries, Charge controller, Inverter. Apart from this, solar panel mount frame, wires, connecting jumpers, switches, fuses, etc are also required.

The centrifugal fan is the heart of any industrial application system. Company designs and manufactures fans for wide range of pressure, direction of discharge and power to suit customer requirement. Many of the blowers in varying capacities are available in standard specifications. However, blower & fans are manufactured with different impeller configuration as per application.
CONFIGURATION OF IMPELLER BLADES
Based on application APMPL design and manufacture impellers with following blade configuration
STRAIGHT BLADEBACKWARD CURVEDFORWARD CURVED
BACKWARD CURVED IMPELLERWith this type of impeller, the curved blade meets at outer diameter of the impeller in a drawn away position opposite to direction of motion. The impeller has a load limiting capacity. The pressure generated by the fan automatically drops down when volume more than design value is drawn from the blower . Accordingly, the overloading of the motor is avoided. Fans will have higher efficiency (80% or more). This fans can be used for low pressure / high volume application. It is typically used for a static pressure upto 20 inch (500 mm) water column
STRAIGHT BLADE IMPELLERWith this type of impeller, the blade is straight. The impeller design is simple. Fan will have 50 75% efficiency. This can be used for high pressure / low volume application. It is more suitable for dust laden atmosphere. However, the fan generates more noise, vibration and shows rising power requirement with volume like forward curved impeller
FORWARD CURVED IMPELLERWith this type of impeller, the curved blade meets at outer diameter of the impeller in a drawn in position in direction of motion. The fan has relatively lower efficiency (60 70%). The impeller blades are smaller compared to backward curved blade but more in number and with higher curvature. The fan can operate at low speed and is less noisy in operation
LOW PRESSURE FANAPMPL design and manufactures centrifugal fan from 50 to 900 mm WC static pressure. The HP for these fans vary from 2 to 100 HP (1.5 to 75 KW).
HOT AIR FANAPMPL design and manufactures centrifugal fan for handling hot air upto 600 deg C. The casing and impellers are made of stainless steel.
COMBUSTION AIR BLOWERAPMPL design and manufactures centrifugal fan from 26 to 60 inch (650 to 1500 mm) WC static pressure. The HP for these fans vary from 2 to 150 HP (1.5 to 110 KW).
