Our cold gluing carton system can perform long-lasting high-strength glue sealing to cartons. The controller automatically governs the amount, positioning and length of the gluing depending on the conveyor speed and changes in the position of the carton, to ensure accurate and consistent gluing. This system can also be used together with hot-melt systems.
The cold glue inside the glue tank is driven by compressed air to the nozzle where it is applied to the carton. The controller governs the gluing movement of the applicator nozzle.

Applications
Typically the most efficient way to get high production volumes and to produce parts at a high speed is to use a rotary or linear indexing machine. By performing simultaneous actions on a number of parts the cycle time is reduced. Whether it is a rotary indexing dial or a linear power and free conveyor, RND Automation can design and build a machine that allows you to assemble complex parts at speeds of up to 120 parts per minute and in some cases even faster.
By integrating inspection and intermediate reject stations, RND can prevent faulty parts from having value added work done to them, removing them from the machine after the failed assembly step. Part and reject tracking can also be designed into the machine to allow you to ensure quality.
