Galvanized Welded Mesh can be produced as electric or hot dip galvanized welded mesh. Besides the nature of coating, processing of these mesh also have different methods - galvanized before welding and galvanized after welding. Electric galvanized welded mesh has 15g/m2 zinc coating usually. It is commonly used in industrial, building construction, mining etc. Hot dip galvanized welded mesh has more zinc coating around 122g/m2. The quality is much better and is usually used in external wall thermal insulation system, concrete pouring purpose, poultry farm, oil & chemical usage etc.   Application:In construction in the form of reinforcement brick mesh, welded bar gratings or wire mesh sandwich construction. 

PVC Coated Welded Mesh is welded with multiple choice of inner wire – Mild Steel Wire, Galvanized Wire or Hot Dip Galvanized Wire. The surface of this type of mesh required Sulphur treatment followed by PVC powder coating on the mesh. The nature of this kind of mesh is strong adhesion, corrosion protection, acid and alkaline resistance, aging resistance, non fading, UV resistance, smooth surface. Application:    Suitable for fencing houses and properties, companies, gardens recreation areas and parks. All kinds of color can be coated according to customers' special requirements. PVC coated welded wire mesh is supplied in rolls or panels. Color of coating can be green, black, white, yellow, red, blue, etc.

Stainless Steel Welded Mesh is made of high quality stainless steel 304, 316 or 316L wires. The welding spot is very strong and firm. Concertina Razor Concertina coils are the most popular high security fencing for military and high grade residences safety. Two main types available for concertina coils: one is the single coil and the other is crossed concertina coils. It has bright and beautiful blade of various types, offers good corrosion resistance. Galvanized razor wire can be supplied in straight line razor wire, single coils razor wire or crossed concertina razor coils. It is mainly used for no climb wall toppings. Concertina type razor coil wire is installed with clips and it runs in natural loops on walls. Blade types for Concertina Razor wire: BT-10, BT-12, BT-18, BT-22, BT-28, BT-30, BT-60, BT-65, etc. Galvanized Barbed Wire Galvanized Barbed Wire is produced in IOWA type, with 2 strands, 4 points. Barbs' distance 4 inches (Tolerance +- 1/2"). Galvanized Barbed Wire offered by us is suitable for industry, agriculture, animal husbandry, dwelling house, plantation or fencing. PVC Coated Barbed Wire We offer barbed wire with different treatment, like PE or PVC coated. Core of PVC Coated Barbed Wire can be galvanized iron wire or black annealed iron wire. A variety of colors like green, blue, yellow, orange, gray, is available with PVC Coated Barbed Wire offered by us. However most commonly used color is green. Tensile strength of Standard PVC Coated Barbed Wire is 30-45 Kg/Sq.mm

Expanded Mesh is manufactured by slitting and stretching into a wide array of diamond-shaped openings. There 4 key measurement criteria’s – Short Way of Diamond (SWD), Long Way of Diamond (LWD), Strand Thickness and Strand Width. Based on this final product can be manufactured in different materials such as Galvanized, Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Carbon Steel. Also we can supply Expanded Mesh in any RAL color with epoxy coating. 

Shade Netting is made of 100% virgin High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) as a raw material. A certain proportion of anti-aging agent and color masterbatch is added based on the order requirement. Different ways of weaving – 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 Needle. Shade Netting is most commonly used as sunshine shading, cooling, insulation, rain resistance, wind resistance, heat resistance, cold-resistance etc. Different types of colors of Shade Netting can be manufactured. Most commonly used colors are Light Green, Dark Green and Beige.
