NOVA SEAL (SBS) is an elastomeric bituminous waterproofing membrane obtained from distilled asphalt modified with elastomeric (SBS). The membrane is reinforced by a non-woven polyester 200 g/m. Both surfaces of the membrane are covered by a plastic film easily torched.
Anionic latex modied Bitumen Emulsion; Latex Rubber content of dry lm 13% minimum. It is dark brown in color, the product also contains a quantity of bio-acid to inhibit the growth of bacteria and mold both in the product itself and subsequent to applica-tion. These properties impart excellent durability and waterproong characteristics.
