The Chino EH3127-001 12 point is an analogue recorder and is housed in a robust powder coated mild steel casing, with carry handles fitted to each side for ease of movement. The recorder has type K thermocouple sockets fitted to the rear of the unit for connection and has six chart speeds. This recorder is also CE approved. The PTC 160 Programmer is portable and easy to use. It is housed in a robust mild steel casing with a carry handle fitted to the top of the unit for ease of movement. Fitted to the rear of the unit are thermocouple sockets which are used for connection to the heat treatment unit via a link cable. The features of the unit include a digital six channel temperature display,  a ramp hold feature and temperature 'up' and 'down' rate settings and it has a battery backup in case of mains failure. The unit is sold as standard with a seven pin Bulgin multi socket on its control lead although should you machine not be compatible with this connector then adaptor leads are available (product code GHT 3200) We also have the PTC 160 in a panel mounted version (without steel case and thermocouple sockets) Product Code: GHT 3001 PM.

The Globe Thermocouple Attachment Unit is housed in a stainless steel chassis with a convenient tool storage compartment and comes complete with a shoulder strap. It has a Membrane panel to reduce unwanted ingress and also a high efficiency converter for extended time between battery recharge, we estimate several hundred uses before recharge is required. The Globe Thermocouple Welder Unit also features a recharging necessity shown by  'Low Battery' LED, the mains LED shows when the battery is on charge. The unit is supplied with a magnet, pliers and a mains charging lead.

The QS5 DLE is a Multi-Echo unit that can measure in pulse-echo mode (normal) and in echo-echo mode (thru-paint) which also includes a Data Logger making it the ideal gauge for applications that require report generation and the    flexibility of working in both modes. The Data Logger can hold 32000 readings that can be sent to a PC via USB using demeq Datacenter software.   In normal pulse-echo mode the QS5 DLE can measure the wall thickness of metals without coatings as well as plastics, acrylics, ceramics, glass, etc. In echo-echo mode it is used to measure ferrous    and non-ferrous metals with coatings.
