The pipes from which they are made can be either Metric or Imperial dimensions in strict compliance to International Standards and cover shallow or deep well applications. They can be supplied either with flush or socketed type joints and in thread configurations such as BSP, trapezoidal or square type all with varying pitches as required. The casing & screens have a very high tensile strength making them suitable for a wide range of applications and uses including water supply, environmental and land drainage work. In addition to PVC-U material they can also be supplied in HDPE. All the accessories such as lifting heads, end caps, centralisers, casing clamps, sand traps can also be supplied for each size.

The joints exceed the pressure rating of the pipe and can therefore cover all the applications where the pipes are installed. all pipes produced fall under an iso 9001:2008 quality assurance system and several ranges carry third party verification such as the bsi kitemark or wras certification so customers are assured the pipes are of the highest quality. CPVC for domestic and industrial hot and cold water applications in sizes upto 16" (400mm). CPVC is suitable for conveying pressurized hot fluids upto 90°C. Pipe can be supplied in ASTM or Metric / ISO dimensions and a full range of CPVC fittings / transition fittings are available. Special Solvent Cement manufactured by IPS Weldon for high pressure / high temperature applications is also available. National Plastics produces a range of acoustic pipes suitable for above ground drainage systems that have been certified by the German Fraunhofer Institute IBP according to EN 14366. The pipes are made from a special acoustic grade virgin uPVC material and consist of sizes from 40mm (1 1/4") upto 160mm (6"). Larger sizes are available on request. The pipes are metric/ISO dimensions (See Table 1) and fully compatible with the "Redi" Phono Line range of acoustic fittings. The drain pipes meet and exceed all the performance requirements of EN1329 (UPVC above ground drainage systems.

A full range of UPVC and CPVC fittings to the main International Standards of EN1452, BS3505, DIN8063 and ASTM D2466 including sizes from 1/2”-16” (16mm- 400mm). The fittings include solvent weld joints and are fully compatible to the National Plastic pipe range.
