Details : D’’Fenders are manufactured by extrusion process and areavailable in various sizes. These are manufactured from high tensile abrasionresistant rubber. The D shape of fenders facilitates easy installation offenders either by drilling holes on the sides or on the face surface.

• ‘’D’’ Fender-outer and inner D Shape (installed mostly on piers)
• ‘’DO’’ Fender-outer ‘’D’’ and inner ‘’O’’ (installed on Tugs andBoats)

Dyna Arch Finder : The dyna arch series has been designed to meet the needs of a wide range of applications. Dyna Arch Fender Type-A is a conventional Arch Fender with a rubber face. Dyna Arch Type-B  has a steel plate embedded into the face that can be fitted with an additional steel frame with polyethylene frontal pads.

The fender design allows easy installation with large andsmall radius by means of two guide rods Length are cut usually to form theradius ranging from 250 mm in length to 2000 mm. The centre pieces arestraight, while the other remaining sizes are taper cut from one side. The standard sizes are in stock and can be delivered in very shortperiod of time.

• ZILmanufactures cylindrical fender with maximum diameter of 1000mm for bow fenderwith maximum length of 6 meters. For lengths more than 6 meters connectingplugs are provided. Two or lengths can be joined this way to attain requiredlengths.
