We ventured in to pet preform making, with world renowned husky. At k-2010 trade show, one of the biggest event for plastic world, husky displayed world latest all electric h-pet ae system @ dusseldorf , germany . The equipment came to our works in october 2011 & the system became operational in december 2011. Husky advantages:- husky h pet ae system installed in november’11 is running continuously and is capable of producing approx 225000/250,000 preforms of 28 mm neck (alaska) per day. We are installing one more h-pet ae system with higher capacity. It will be installed at our plant in december 2012. We have invested in brand new husky made molds. We produce preforms having world's lowest aa levels suitable for beverage application. ¨ high sophisticated system for use of only virgin rilpet or aspet resin. ¨ no human interfaces till preforms are packed making it highly hygienic. High accuracy & consistency of preforms produced from husky preform system. ¨ tighter tolerances of weight & wall thickness preforms, helps to achieve bottler/packer to run his filling line at higher speed without producing wastage. ¨ un-interrupted power supply & reliability of husky m/c & mold ensures least wastage. Quality assurance plan: ¨ a preform lab is set up to check the dimensional accuracies & other acceptance criteria such as flash, sink marks, ovality, short shot to help bottlers avoid line rejections. ¨ each lot of preforms supplied carries a test report on the quality. ¨ for aa levels, we get periodical test done @ most ultra modern lab of reliance patalganga. Periodical calibration of weighing scale to ensure precise delivery weight. Husky’s periodic preventive maintenance plan to avoid break downs & smoother running of the system. Location & space: aipl's manufacturing unit is located @ piplaj village, just located nearby sp ring road within amc limits. We are in famous devraj industrial park. It is a well infra structured, non polluting industrial estate located in piplaj & kamod village of amc . The estate has very wide roads, street lights & excellent security service. We can load, off- load & dispatch the goods round the clock. We have a 4500 sq meter plot area & the factory area (built-up) of 17000 square feet. We have further provision for expansion for approx 8000 sq ft. We have gone for modern pre-engineered system from kirby. So creating more storage space by lofts (additional vertical storage) & expending existing shade is far easier for us. The infrastructure: we have extremely reliable torrent power high tension power supply. Torrent is having major grid stations & sub stations in our area, so we get excellent power quality throughout year. More over quality of the power is (voltage variation etc) excellent, so our sophisticated machine work 24x7 without interruption. In case of emergency, we do not need to observe off on the staggering day (unless in drought kind of situation, when govt issue specific notification) aipl's ht infrastructure is very robust. We have installed 1250 kw capacity t&r make transformer with oltc facility. We have sophisticated schneider make ring metering unit (acb). We have used only finolex make armored cable for electrification. We have used philips lighting & schneider make switch gears only. Our electrical infrastructure is capable of running four husky systems. We have installed an advance water processing/purification system for processing hard water. We soften & de-mineralized water before using in cooling tower or the chiller of the machine. This ensures very clean water circulating system, within the machine. No reduction on cycle time due to poor heat transfer. No clogged cooling channels & unwanted break downs for the very sophisticated mold & machine. Our utilities are of very standard make & having excellent service record. Ingersol rand screw compressor, grunndfoss & kirloskar pumps, varun cooling tower are being used. We have installed an over head cranes for off loading jumbo bags of pet resin. & a separate crane for safe & quick loading & off-loading of molds. This ensures very minimum mold change over time. Human resource quality @ aipl the company headed under guidance of mr. Ashutosh gandhi a well qualified plastic engineer having experience in the field of mold making & plastic processing for 24 years. The plant is headed by mr. Sanjay agrawal, a plastic engineer with experience of almost 25 years in injection molding. He is associated aipl since 1996. We have two trainee plastic engineers & one electrical engineer.
