AIRCON Aircurtains: Type: -AIRCON -TMF–E (Totally maintenance free) Export model. Motor are indigenously manufactured& totally enclosed and specially designed for air curtains. Available in single phase/ three phase/ flame proof motors with uniform 1440 RPM, with Continues Rating with (B) & (F) class insulation. Flameproof Aircurtains are also available for highly flammable areas. Motor Capacity: - We use motors of Copper rewinding only. For 3 feet & 3’3” motor will be of 1/5th capacity, For 3’6” to 4’ motor capacity will be 1/3rd capacity, For 5’ motor capacity will be 1/2HP capacity, For 6’ motor capacity will be ¾th HP capacity Velocity of airflow: - For (EOHV model) 12 -14 meter/sec velocity at tip of nozzle & 10 meter/sec velocity at 6” from air curtain. Material of construction: - (CRCA) Corrosion Resistant Carbon Alloy duly Powder Coated.
