In 2016,we set up Aishwarya Food Company,using milk from area Anjar,Kutch and nearby were camels graze on plants traditionally recognized having medicinal properties.We work with national and international camel dairy experts and local camel breeders in Kutch and herders to ensure the production of hygienic camel milk powder. At Aishwarya Food Company we believe in producing quality Camel milk product and we use the best method when it comes to making our Freeze-Dried camel milk powder.The process begins with freezing the milk and then put it in low temperature vacuum.This is to preserve nutrients in milk when it is converted in powder form.
