Sleeping bags are made of a thick layer of non-woven synthetic material covered on both sides with a synthetic/cotton sheet. 100% synthetic filling is recommended to avoid being rotted by moisture.
Sleeping bags are recommended for cold countries only. The square type can also be used open as a quilt.
The insulation capability of a sleeping bag is define by the TOG (Thermal resistance Of Garments). The TOG does not depend only on the weight or the thickness, but also on the fibre quality, and the type of manufacture.
-TOG is defined and tested under ISO standard procedure in a laboratory, and cannot be reliably tested in any other way. This test also includes evaluation of the water vapour permeability, which we apply only to synthetic materials.

General information 6-tap stand for individual water distribution to large numbers. The stand should be installed in a safe area, where people can queue for water collection. Waste-water drainage is essential to keep the area clean.
One stand can serve 1000 people with 20 litres each in 12 hours. The water pressure at the tap is determined by the head difference between the surface on which the water tank's base is resting and the tap, it may be necessary to create an elevated surface on which to install the tank.
ICRC standard: tap stand with six -turn taps and a 2 Storz coupling.
1. - -turn taps are cheaper than automatic valves, and close efficiently even with very low pressure
2. - One wooden box contains all the necessary items to assemble a complete stand, and to terminate with a Storz 2 coupling.
International Federation ERU standard: tap stand with self-closing taps (also standard for Oxfam, MSF, etc.)
1. - Self-closing valves (Talflo, etc?) close "automatically", saving water. Sometimes leakage may occur with very low pressure (less than 1 bar). More expensive than -turn valves.

Ground anchors and Drilling points:Four galvanized ground anchors are stored within bespoke recesses on the plate underside. These pins are designed to fit within the holes positioned around the perimeter of the squatting slab to be fixed to a supporting superstructure or the ground.
Underside of the latrine slab:The squatting slab has hand shaped recesses underside, which allows the slab to be moved easily and hygienically to new locations. It also has D nut arrangement allowing for adding pour flush latrine pan and water seal trap if required.

Ajayflat is a multipurpose industrial hose, manufactured under technical know-how from Industries Plastiche Lombarde, Italy. It is made by an advanced continuous manufacturing technique using a special formulation of PVC and high tensile polyester yarn. The process ensures total penetration of PVC onto the interstices of the polyester reinforcement and inseparable fusion of the inner and outer walls of PVC. This method of production allows maximum strength to be obtained while maintaining minimum wall thickness.
The hose thus produced has an exceptionally high hoop strength, at the same time allowing minimum longitudinal movement. It is a lightweight, water- proof flexible hose. It is resistant to weather, abrasion, process fluids and is rugged enough to take repeated daily rough handling. It does not corrode and is available in long lengths. It assumes a conventional round appearance under pressure and returns to its flat shape after use, for easy handling and storage. It does not need drying and can be rolled immediately after use.
