Mr. Ajay vibhute the technical head is a b.e. (mech) ranker of 1980 batch, he took his hands on experience in telco(now tata motors ), pune before starting his own industry. With this rich experience and zeal for entrepreneurship he took the plunge in setting up a small scale unit in aurangabad. Ajay vibhute is a fellow of the institution of engineers (india) and has been awarded the title of “chartered engineer”. This small shoot with the help of his brother mr shashi vibhute, the commercial cum marketing strategist has now grown into a self sustaining banyan tree. Today we have achieved a group turnover of over 5 crores. We have had a rich diversified experience of working with central and state agencies, multinationals, medium and small industries. Our main thrust and expertise has been in precision fabrication as required for the heavy industry. We have made import substitutes, built special purpose machines, exported special machined alloy steel ring gaskets, to the oil industry in the gulf and the european market. Some of our other esteemed customers are the central oil companies like iocl, hpcl, bpcl & ibp. The companies in the multinational & national arena are siemens, man diesel ,crompton greaves, abb, goodyear,sterlite industries, fouress india, greaves cotton, thermax etc., apart from many medium and small scale industries in and around aurangabad. We have been certified for iso9001-2008 . Valuation of our assets carried out by an independent agency for the oil companies in 2003 was pegged at rs 45 lakhs. In the last seven years since then we have expanded and added capital assets worth more than rs 80 lakhs. Very recently we have added to our stable a very sophisticated german plasma cnc cutting machine too. This at m/s ajay industries alone. The plot area here is: 4238 sq mtrs , with built up of :1300 sq mtrs. Here we have independent engineers manning the production and quality departments apart from the staff in the logistics and commercial. We have installed appropriate software to take care of our billing and human resources requirement. Our five pc’s are all controlled through an independent server. Our sister concern m/s fabwell engineers established in 1992 was having a net worth of more than rs 30 lakhs. Here we have a full-fledged fabrication set up in place, consisting of welding rectifiers, co2 welding set, transformers and a plate rolling machine of capacity 12mm x 2mtrs. Now we have completed an augmentation program of investment in plant and machinery to the tune of another rs 50 lakhs. We have installed a hydraulic shear of capacity 6mmx 2.5mtrs and mechanical presses of capacity 30t,50t,100t and 150t.the plot area is : 3200 sq mtrs with built up of : 380 sq mtrs .we have an eot crane of 3t capacity installed in a shed measuring 13mtrs x 30 mtrs having a complete trimix laid concrete floor. We have the support of a technical, commercial and logistics staff to take care of a combined skilled manpower of ten and 20 unskilled labour in addition to a varying casual workforce of ten page : 2 our main raw material sources are sail , ispat , essar ,llyods ,jindal or their first stage dealers and bulk importers.
