It still has the iconic look; a shape that means stability and robustness. We took our proven hydraulic design and merged it with features that once set the standard in dewatering pumping.
The toughest pumps that ever were
Flygt BIBO 2800 pumps handle flows of up to 100 l/s (1500 GPM), heads to 90 m (300 ft.), and solids of up to 80 mm (3.2 in.) in diameter. Available with power ratings from 3.2 to 18 kW, 50 Hz (5.9 to 27 hp, 60 Hz), Flygt BIBO are designed to stand up for the toughest conditons to handle almost any application.
Portable light weight Pumps for handling liquid with abrasive content. These are highly reliable pumps in the most challenging dewatering applications.
Flygt 2000 pumps handle large flows of up to 330 l/s (5200 GPM) and high heads of up to 230 m (750 ft.). Available with power ratings from 3 to 90 kW, 50 Hz (5.3 to 140 hp, 60 Hz), these drainage pumps are engineered for professional use in tough mining, construction, tunnelling, and industrial dewatering applications.
The Flygt 2000 submersible pumps stand up to any type of job. These pumps have their heritage from the famous Flygt Bibo pumps, and are highly wear-resistant, with the ability to handle chemically aggressive and mechanically abrasive fluids laden with particles. On top of that, they are safe for dry running and snoring operations.
The Flygt 2000 pumps are available with two outer casing options: lightweight aluminum and corrosion resistant cast iron.
Explosion-proof (Ex) and MSHA-approved versions available. Some models available with stainless steel parts for pumping acidic liquid
Proven performance in a variety of applications
These submersible Flygt C-pumps are built to handle capacities of up to3000l/s (48000 gpm) with motors up to 775 kW (1050 hp).The standard versions of these pumps are made in cast iron and also come in industrial configurations for more demanding applications like municipal sewage and industrial effluent. Explosion-proof versions are also available
Product quality in every detail
The classic C-pumps with shrouded single and multivane impellers have proven themselves over the years. They are designed with an extensive range of hydraulic units available to handle different types of media. These submersible pumps require neither special housing nor a superstructure to support them, thereby reducing construction costs considerably. They are also designed to be small with motor and hydraulics integrated into one compact unit, which means that pumping stations are smaller and less complex to build.
The smaller C-pumps come with the Flygt Nevaclog impeller, which has excellent flow-passing properties. The multivane impellers for bigger pumps are designed for optimum hydraulic efficiency. Operating submerged, the pumps take up less space, and noise and cooling problems are virtually eliminated.
