We offer Tempmaster 430. Model 430 T is an Economic version for small steel plants & foundries to measure temperature of molten metal without facility for Large Display Unit AVP, Printer & Data logger. Tempmaster Model 430 is a carefully designed equipment that makes it different from timer based Peak Hold Temperature indicator or recorder. The microprocessor scans the information received from the thermo tip in a new and unique way to pinpoint true temperature reading. This plateau detection software ignores erratic and unstable readings caused by slag temperature differentials, furnace hot spots, transient electrical spikes etc.

The main limitation is accuracy, system errors of less than 1°c can be difficult to achieve. We offer lollypop sampler. Lollypop sampler lollypop samplers are available in the following shapes: - round - oval - stepped twin paper tube lengths: we provides immersion samplers with varying lengths of paper tubes. The lengths readily available are 300 mm, 600mm, 900 mm, 1200 mm and 1500 mm. In addition, there is a flexibility of providing samplers in the lengths of paper tubes as per customers’ requirements.

We offer large display unit (ldu) it is a microprocessor based unit, specially designed to fulfill the requirement of a remote and magnified view (digit height 5") of temperature reading measured by model 570 t (4 digits) ferrolab (6 digits).

We offer audio visual panel it is a wall mountable auxiliary lamp and hooter system. It can be used for giving a remote indication of sequence of signals (green for ready, yellow for measure and red for complete) and hooter to indicate end of measuring cycle.
