They are available in blank or ground form. Both are precisely made from AISI Cl0-60 Steel and through hardened for long life. The blank pins rough ground to plus or minus 1 degree and are ready to use. Our grounded pins are precision ground to with in 1/8* of a degree
Ajex polishing pins arc precisely made from highly compressed wood layers with alternating grain direction then saturated and bonded with resin. These pins provide a high polish and retain their shape during polishing operations.
conical angle electroplated grinding pins are precisely made from hardened tool steel. These pins are manufactured using the electrogrip process to guarantee even particle distribution on the grinding surface for maximum cutting speed and tool life.

Designed for safe and consistent operations. Ultrasonic Die cleaners from Ajex & Turner offers a convenient method for cleaning wire drawing dies and other small parts. Lubricants, enamels and diamond powder / paste etc. accumulated in the drawing dies can be cleaned easily and efficiently. The working fluid is either plane water or detergent solvent as suits the need.
The AMS series microscope has been specially designed for inspecting critical geometry of drawing dies. The optics of all AMS series microscopes are designed to offer the best value for money by providing excellent image resolution of any portion of the die profile at known magnification.
It is precisely made from D-2 tool steel. Lapping pin is an accurate, economical method for sizing and polishing draw die bearings. We have lapping pin in 0.005 mm increments. From sizes 0.5-20.00 mm readily available. Other sizes available upon request.
