We're one of the world's top producers with a broad range of metal alkyls, including aluminum, magnesium, zinc, and boron alkyls.

AkzoNobel is the world's number one in organic peroxides. We cover classes such as ketone peroxides, diacyl peroxides, dialkyl peroxides, peroxyesters, peroxyketals, hydroperoxides, peroxydicarbonates and peroxymonocarbonates. In addition we supply azo (N-N) and C-C initiators. You name it, we produce it.

We supply antistatic additives, conductive blacks, flame retardant and other specialty additives used for production and processing of polymers, masterbatch production and other various compounds. These additives are known for boosting packaging properties and agricultural film properties.

Carbon Tetrachloride is a colourless, neutral liquid, heavier than water and of characteristic sweetish odour. It is completely miscible with almost any solvents but only sparingly with water and shows smooth solvency power to most organic chemicals and materials.

Caustic Soda Lye is one of the most widely used chemicals in the industry. Caustic soda is a solution of Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) in water. It is a strong base with a wide range of applications in different industries. We produce caustic soda together with chlorine and hydrogen from the electrolysis of salt brine.

Chlorine is an important chemical in our day-to-day life and is a major building block for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Mostly known as disinfectant in drinking water and in swimming pools, chlorine contributes to advances in areas as diverse as disinfecting, medicine, public safety and enhancing our everyday life.

Chloroform is a colourless, neutral liquid, heavier than water and of characteristic sweetish odour. It is completely miscible with almost any solvents but only sparingly with water and shows excellent solvency power to most organic chemicals and materials.

We deliver DME in bulk, in dedicated 30-ft tank containers - specially designed in Duplex steel for optimal intermodal use - and in 20-ft ISO containers for export purposes.

Hydrogen chloride (HCl) is a colorless gas. Its aqueous solution is known as hydrochloric acid. Hydrogen chloride or hydrochloric acid is produced by burning hydrogen and chlorine together and is also a by-product of the chlorination of organic compounds.

Our Salt production facilities are located in Delfzijl, Hengelo (The Netherlands) and Mariager (Denmark). The production of salt is based on vacuum salt technology. The main raw materials are raw brine and energy (steam and electricity). Raw brine is produced by solution mining in multi-effect evaporation plants.

Iron chloride is produced from chlorine; either virgin chlorine or chlorine from hydrochloric acid; and iron.

At ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure Methyl Chloride is a colourless inflammable gas heavier than air and with a very weak sweetish odour. In water it is only sparingly soluble but well in organic solvents. It can be liquefied by cooling below -24 °C or by pressurizing to approx. 5 bar at 20 °C, to give a clear, colourless fluid that will vaporize fast under room conditions generating much coldness.

Methylene Chloride is a colourless, neutral liquid heavier than water and of characteristic narcotic odour. It is completely miscible with almost all organic solvents but only sparingly with water. It has excellent solvency power to most organic chemicals and materials.

Sodium hypochlorite is a light yellow alkaline and corrosive solution. It is formed when caustic soda (NaOH) and chlorine (Cl2) react. When dissolved in water it is commonly known as bleach or liquid bleach.
