Primarily used in applications where service temperatures exceed 650 C upto 1150 C, heat resistant cast steels exhibit higher rupture strength and creep properties compared to their wrought counterparts. These materials lie somewhere in-between what are usually considered stainless steels and superalloys.

All Stainless Steels have a remarkable resistance to corrosion, due to the presence of a naturally occurring chromium rich oxide film on the surface. This film is self repairing in nature in the presence of oxygen and rapidly repairs itself during damage caused by abrasion, cutting or machining.

Stainless Steels containing a combination of High Carbon, Chromium, Nickel and a few other specific elements, can be designed to exhibit: Resistance to oxidation (scaling) upto almost 1150o C, Good high temperature strength, High Resistance to sigma phase precipitation, Due to their larger grain size and superior creep properties, cast components outperform wrought components and are commonly used as parts of furnaces, radiant tubes, muffle liners and heat treatment trays.

We are engaged in offering duplex castings such as cd4mcun, ce8mn, cd6mn, cd3mn, ce3mn, cd3mwcun, etc.

We have the flexibility to produce finished sand castings in weights ranging from 1kg to 1000kg single-piece or in multiple quantities.

We are offering heat resistant casting of desired composition e.g.: nicr percentage composition of din 1.4825, hrcs gr 1225 (hh), 2025 (hk), 3515 (ht), 3525nb (hp), 3919 (hu), 6617 (hx), canalloy etc.

We are able to produce vertical centrifugal castings upto 518 mm od and 449 mm length, subject to weight constraint of 1088kg.
