Cement Autoclave : These equipments are tested in accordance with the procedures laid down in ASTM C 151 standard where change in the length of the bars (test) of cement is measured for the difference in the size after exposing them to stipulated pressure and temperature for a specific time period.

Working pressure for our standard model cement autoclave is between 60 -350 psi, however this can be upgraded to be used for higher pressures

Pressure Control:

The pressure inside our cement autoclave is controlled through a semi automatic electro mechanical device called piezostat, which controls the pressure inside the chamber and cuts of the current from the heater whenever the pressure exceeds the set pressure value of the autoclave, thus making it very safe and energy efficient.
Specification : Wing nut lock locking mechanism for ultimate ease of operation and safety.Conforming to ASTM C151, AASHTO T 107Huger grade spring loaded safety valve of brass., duly chrome plated.High accuracy and reliable pressure gauge.

General Description & Specifications:

The Autoclave is double walled. Inner boiler chamber of stainless steel cylinder, with concealed yet easily replaceable heaters surrounding the vessel for quick heating. The boiler lid is of thick stainless steel and can be bolted to the chamber by heavy hexagonal nuts. The silicon gasket, seated in a groove, makes the unit leak proof even at high pressure. The boiler is mounted in between the strong angle iron frame and covered with CRC sheet – attractively powder coated. The outer cover can also be of Stainless steel at an extra cost. The gap in between the walls is filled with thermal insulation to prevent heat loss and energy. The control system consist of sensitive pressure regulator, pressure gauge, safety valve, temperature control switch, power ON-OFF switch and pilot lights to indicate status of the electric heating units and control switches.
