Palm Oil is extracted from fresh fruit bunches otherwise called as FFB by means of mechanical process and the quality of crude palm oil. The process stage of palm oil mill consists of sterilization, stripping, digestion and pressing, clarification, purification, drying and storage. And for the kernels, there are stages such as nutfiber separation, nut conditioning and cracking, cracked mixture separation and kernel drying and storage. The dried kernels are further crushed by mechanical processsolvent extraction plant for extraction of crude palm kernel oil.
