Cooling tower sprinkler head is a device mounted on top of the stand pipe together with the sprinkler pipes on the cooling tower. Through circulating water in the tower, the sprinkler, mainly through its head, is rotated by its pressure.

We have offered two types of sprinkler heads as cooling tower sprinkler head suppliers:

1. ABS plastic sprinkler head - this sprinkler head has a stainless steel shaft available in the market on Models T-23 through T-260.

2. Aluminum alloy sprinkler head - this is supplied on Models T-270 and above.

3. PVC sprinkler head

Either of the above mentioned sprinkler head, headloss is very minimal or even resulting to zero over a minimum maintenance.

Serving as the main part of the cooling tower sprinkler, it operates with DC inverter compressor in 240V. Through the sprinkler head, hot water will be uniformly distributed over the PVC fills.

There are those that are designed for maximum water sprinkling through the nozzle tip adjustment but accordingly, impact on the rotation of the sprinkler head is very important to provide excellent performance of the sprinkler.

Sprinkler head sizes are available in diameter range from 1.5" to 4".
