The Unitised Curtain Wall system is a facade system for high-grade buildings. It consists of the fabrication of different components and materials into a whole panel spanning one or more storeys on the shop-floor itself, before it is transported to the construction site for installationerection. A Semi-Unitised curtain wall requires installation of individual framing members to form the support grid for the glazing of the infill panels.

An aluminium shading system is applied using a fish abdomen like streamlined vane design that causes air dispersion and light refraction. An intelligent control system is used to adjust the whole vanes angle to achieve adjustment of indoor lighting. The use of vertical perforated metal sheets effectively prevents strong and direct light, only allowing the gentle introduction of natural light, especially suitable for east and west side elevations. It is connected to an intelligent control system that optimises the vane angle for shading.
