Temperature Control : Temp control system is done by electronic digital temp controller fitted in the control panel. The temp control in the dryer is fully automatic. Trays : Trays are available in S.S. 304/ 316 q. All trays are fully die pressed and with cooved corners. Trays are buffed to mirror finish. Trays are also available in aluminum / Polypropylene / Frp/ M.S. galvanized as per clients requirements. Trolley : Trolley is provided in the dryers to accommodate trays in it. Trolley truck are used to load and unload the trays into the dryer. Control Panel : Automatic Control panel is fitted on the side of the dryer. If consists of Starters, contactors, safety relays, ckt breakers, indicating lamps, push buttons , timers, controllers etc.

The vessels are Jacketed, insulated, cladded and with suitable agitator assembly in each vessel. Wax is melted in Wax melting vessel, Water is heated in water heating vessel. Both wax and water are transferred into the manufacturing vessel automatically through vacuum. In manufacturing vessel both wax and water are homogenized to make a uniform emulsion and cooled by passing chilled water into the jacket of manufacturing vessel. After the emulsion is formed active ingredients / colors etc are added and are thoroughly mixed & homogenized. Later necessary perfume is added in case of cosmetics or wherever necessary. Ointment / Cream is ready. The same is transferred by bump pump into the storage vessel. & from the storage vessel it is automatically transferred into the filling machine by means of metering pump. Operation: The Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. Manual rotating facility with hand wheel for inching. The same will be provided with ss cover & limit switch. (In 200 Kgs. & above model) Two nos. of safety road will be provided at back side. Vibro separators are circular unitary gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solids from solids, liquid from solid and for gradation of materials as per particle size, having a very wide range applications. This is accomplished by vibrating the screens in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off centered weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft. The top weight causes vibration in the horizontal plane which causes the material to move across the screen towards the periphery. The lower weight acts to tilt the machine which causes vibration in the vertical tangential axis. The angle of lead of the lower weight with relation to the upper weight provides variable control of the screening pattern.
