Candle molding machine is used for producing tealight candles, household candles, taper candles, spiral candles, and pillar candles, etc.
The production cycle of the machine is divided into the following steps:
Heating the molds with water
Pouring in the wax
Cooling the molds with water
Removal of excess wax
Ejection of the candles from the molds
Grabbing the finished candles
Trimming the wick to the desired length
Manual removal of the finished candles

Wick crimping machine is used for cutting waxed wicks and attaching them to metal sustainers. Wicks produced in this way are suitable for manual insertion in candles with wick holes or in containers for subsequent filling with wax.
The pre tabbed wick with different length can be used in tealight candles, votive candles and pillar candles, etc. This machinery can be customized according to customers request for different maximum length of wick.
