This high efficiently cooling module has a direct effect on reducing energy consumption & pressure drop. The main Features are Tube in tube type evaporator. CFC free , Eco friendly refrigerant used in system. The precise & accurate Hot gas By Pass Valve , which prevents the formation of ice inside the evaporator. The high efficiency condensate separator is located within the heat exchanger module. No maintenance is required and gives a high degree of moisture separation. Compact design , requires less floor space. Range from 15 CFM , capable to work up to inlet air temperature of 60˚C.

These dryers are used for instrumentation and process applications as well. Some applications are , CNC machines , CMM machines , Spray painting , Nitrogen generators , laboratory air & gas applications , powder coating, etc…. Cent star series Moisture Separator is used for removing bulk water from the compressed air line. No electricity is used. Can mount inline. Particle separation by centrifugal action. No replacement of cartridges over the period.

ANF Series is the latest filters designed by ANNAIR with a capability of withstanding air temperature upto 90 ºC. They remove dust , moisture , rust scales & oil particles from compressed air. Flow Ranges from 15 CFM to 2500 CFM. 1µ, 5 µ , 0.01 µ & activated Carbon filters. Borosilicate Fiber glass filtration media. Coalescing elements covered with hydrophobic material. Aluminum die cast body upto 350 CFM. MS Construction with multiple element for higher flow capacities. Models are available for 16 Bar & 45 Bar range. Auto drains & DP gauges are optional.
