POWEROIL Petroleum Jellies are semi solid mixture of hydrocarbons with carbon numbers mainly higher than 25 formulated from mixtures of oily and waxy long-chain, non-polar hydrocarbons obtained from petroleum, wholly or nearly decolorized.

POWEROIL FLEX OILS cover a comprehensive range of Naphthenic, Paraffinic and Aromatic rubber processing oils meeting the exacting specific requirements of rubber and tyre industries. They are approved by world renowned major Tyre manufacturers.

POWEROIL FLEXOIL A SUPER conforming to ASTM - 101 Type, formulated from specially selected aromatic extracts offer good compatibility with Natural Rubber, SBR, PBR and CR. They are widely used in manufacture of automotive tyres and tubes, bi-cycle tyres, tyre re-treading materials, belting, hoses, battery casings and containers, extruded products, technical molded goods and rubber articles with reclaim rubber due to high solvency.

POWEROIL FLEXOIL N Series grades conforming to ASTM - 103 Type, formulated from carefully selected hydrotreated naphthenic base stocks are non-staining in nature possessing excellent thermal, oxidation and colour stability. Some of the highly hydro treated grades in this series are also preferred for their low Poly Cyclic Aromatic (PCA) levels which make them non carcinogenic.

POWEROIL FLEXOIL P Series grades conforming to ASTM - 104 Type, formulated from highly refined solvent extracted base stocks of low sulphur content are used in the manufacture of butyl tubes and a variety of technical molded and extruded products based on polar rubbers like EPM & EPDM etc.

POWEROIL FLEXOIL P-25, FLEXOIL P-25L & FLEXOIL P-120 are formulated from highly refined solvent extracted paraffinic base stocks of low sulphur content, these oils are being a Non Polar in nature will have excellent compatibility with EPDMEPM Rubber.

Distillate Aromatic Extract (DAE) with high polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are widely used as aromatic process oil extender oil in the production of natural & synthetic rubber items. The legislation in Europe (EU Directive 200543EC Article 3 (2) starting 01.01.2010) classifies these extract as carcinogenic (i.e. labeled ). PCA content of these aromatic oils are in the range of 20 to 30 % as per IP 346.

APAR offers wide range of Process oils & White oils for better processability and finish of TPE. These are highly refined Hydro treated paraffinic oils ideally suitable as plasticizer for manufacturing and compounding of Thermoplastic Elastomers.

APAR offers Paraffinic and Napthenic process oils as plasticizer for Hot Melt Adhesives (HMA) and Pressure Sensitive Adhesives ( PSA ) used in the construction of Non-Woven materials, Hygeine, medical products and for the Tapes & Lableing.

Apar has been a pioneer in the manufacture of Ink Oils in India and meets the requirements of the major printing ink manufacturers in the country. APAR offers a wide range of eco-friendly, low VOC , non labeled low PCA POWER INK Oils for the Ink Industry, manufactured from highly refined specially selected naphthenic and paraffinic base stocks of broad spectrum of viscosities and controlled boiling range.

These are Severely Hydrotreated Naphthenic base oils used in the formulations of Metal Working fluids for a large variety of operations. These oils are having low poly nuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). These Napthenic oils are more polar in nature than Paraffinic oils and hence they have greater affinity to metal, good cooling properties and execellent low temprature properties. They also have better solubility and ability to form stable emulsions.
