High- pressure adoptors. Releases pressure upto 90 psig. To be fitted on to SC. Type cylinder to convert them into battery of cylinders for manifold installation. Both type of adoptors as on this page are available in 22mm and 25.6mm inlet size and 3/8 or MECV outlet size.
These die-cast multi-point adopters enable the connection of the cylinders fitted with self-closing valves to a high pressure system through a standard M.E.C.V. thread with unreduced pressure and a high flow rate. The adopters fitted with a non return valve to ensure that there is no return flow of LPG whilst cylinders are being disconnected.The salient features of these adopters is the multipoint locking mechanism combined with a face seal ensures that the adopter will not leak even if it is loaded off axis. The quick disconnecting arrangement coupled with a safety interlock ensures that the device can only be disconnected after turning off the gas flow. Both adopters featured above are available in 22 mm and 25.6 mm seats, and 3/8 or MECV outlet size.

Oprating Principle> The ITRON is appositive displacement diaphragm gas meter with a stand-alone twin chamber measuring unit.> The twin chambers are each fitted with a flexible and gas-tight diaphragm which is moved by the differential between the inlet and outlet pressure. The Gas enter one side of the diaphragm pan while on the other side it comes out through separate port on the valve. When one side is full, the rotating mono-valve moves on to the next position, allowing the gas to fill the empty side.
Construction> With its casing in steel, high protection against corrosion is ensured by 500 hours salt fog spray test resistant cataphoresis treatment. The aluminum version can withstand up to 1000 hours salt fog spray test.> The extreme strength of the case joint is achieved by rolling the belt & compressing the flanges into contact with a sealant applied between the faces. This forms a joint which is both gas-tight and file resistant.
Measuring Unit> The achievement of the fixed stroke mechanism is the result of precision and high quality automation, and eliminates the need for an adjustable tangent. This confines all registration adjustments to the accessible change wheels behind the index.> The long life synthetic diaphragms, coupled to the well-proven movement design, combine to give excellent stability and accuracy during the whole life on the meter.> All materials have been selected for their superior resistance to chemical and gas. Index> The meters are available with metric or cubic inch indexes. They come with a permanent magnet for pulse generation and can be retrofitted with a pulse transmitter. Ip54 and Ip67 versions are available for specific environments.

Gas filters are used to separate dust and other particles such as oils, waxes, tar etc which are all heavy ends in Low and High pressure service lines. These used to protect the system and the other safety equipment pipeline. the These Gas Filters have pressure loss across their end connections.
There are two models of filters:
1) Model F-1 which is 1 /2 BSPPF X 1 /2 BSPPF
2) Model F-2 which is 1 BSPPF X 1 BSPboth the models are provided with pressure gauges.
As the filter is used and its element gets contaminated with heavy ends, the outlet pressure starts dropping with respect to its inlet pressure. This can be visually read from the two pressure gauges provided on the filter. The element requires changing when there is a drop of 50% or more between its inlet and outlet readings. The element can be inspected, and replaced without any disconnection from the pipeline.

It is designed for detecting and early warning of cooking gas leaks. This microprocessor based, low priced, wall mounted device is specially designed for domestic application. The detector can directly be plugged into the socket of 230VAC, 50Hz domestic supply.
Vanaz is the pioneer manufacturer of domestic pressure regulators in India. These regulators are mainly used for household purpose and are suitable for single burner / two burner gas stoves as well as grill cum cooking range having total consumption of 500 liter / hr of LPG. R 0605 is meter regulator mainly developed for natural gas distribution through pipeline. In addition to pressure control system, it is having built in low pressure cu off valve, which ensures the working safety.
Self closing valve as per IS: 8737 are having outlet connections as a plan collar diameter, which needs a specific device to connect threaded fittings of regulator/pigtails to these valves. Adaptors are used for this purpose. The adopters are to be fitted on the valve which makes leak proof coupling between valve outlet and adopter inlet. By rotating the knob of the adopter the self closing valve spindle gets pressed and flow through adopter starts at unreduced pressure. Vanaz adopters are having brass forged body for high pressure chamber. The outlet connection is an integral part of the brass forged body and so the life of adaptors is considerably more. Each adopter is fitted with non return valve at the outlet side which restricts the reverse flow through the outlet of adaptor.
