Silver refining plant silver electrolytic refining is currently the most economical and functional process able to ensure 999.0% silver production. Work stages contain 3 steps : 1. Ag containing anode material melting2. Electrolytic refining3. Pure silver fusion obtained according to amount requested by customer ( grit, ingots, galvanic use anodes etc.) operation description :anodes are inserted within special electrolysis cells designed for recovery of both silver and precious metals contained in the initial material. Silver crystals resulting from the process gather on basin frustum and are subsequently downloaded through the bottom valve. Crystals are washed on a buchner filter, dried and fused according to customer needs ( grit, ingots, galvanic use anodes etc.) usually during the process of electrolysis, complete anode dissolution is not obtained. The residue is melted once again to produce new anodes. The plant provided by us allows total anode dissolution avoiding the second fusion and ensuring a 10% increase in productivity. plant installation and start-up is performed by our specialized technicians. apx ensures technical and chemical staff training so correct process management is possible.
