Automatic Rinsing, Filling & Capping Machine for Packaged Drinking Water Plant - 28 Bottle Per Minute The machine is Rotary type of design having three turntables for feeding the bottle for Rinsing, Filling & Capping. The bottle is holded at the neck and the body is guided in the Spacers provided. The machine has two stations for Rinsing and three stations for Filling. The filling cycle is controlled through timer device. The rinsing jets are pressurized by Pump for the rinsing the bottles from inside. 4 feet Infeed Air Conveyor and 15 feet out feed Conveyor fitted with Inspection board and Shrink Tunnel is provided along with machine. A separate Cap Feeder with storage capacity of 2000 caps and Mechanical Capper for capping are also provided with the machine. All contact parts are of Stainless Steel 304.

Automatic Rinsing, Filling & Capping Machine  - 40 Bottle Per Minute (9 Head Rinsing, 6 Head Filling & 3 Head Capping) The machine has round Tank with Six heads filling valve for six head filling, where as the valves are specially designed to fill water up to 2000 ml. The machine is provided with 9 head rinsing nozzle with Nine set of catcher for holding bottle which allows the bottle to get washed from inside. The machine is having special 3 set of capper to tighten the cap of any mentioned size. The machine is suitable for any type of liquid, which has free flow density. As this machine is complete mechanical operated no compressor is required. The machine is also provided with cap feeder, which has a capacity of approx 1800 - 2200 caps with U. V. Light system. The machine is provided with 8 feet Infeed Air Conveyor and 15 feet Outfeed Conveyor for unloading the filled bottle with Inspection Board and Shrink Tunnel. The Machine is provided with variable drive. In Brief - A complete mechanical machine with no pneumatic operation and no solenoid filling operation. Water level is maintained by vein tube system. The Machine made of S.S. 304 material. Imp - the machine can be designed to fill Oil, Juice etc.

Surface Coolerz, Chills milk or ice cream mix at set temperature :

• Substitute of plate heat exchanges, hence is economical.
• Becomes operational after attachment of separate refrigeration unit.

Ageing vat :

• Stores milk or ice cream mix at maintained temperature for specific time.
• Agitator and digital/dial temperature meter extremely effective.
• ln case of power failure, tank temperature remains stable for long.
• Tank can Tank operated by a separate condensing unit(refrigeration system) and water chilling system.

lce cream freezer (with sealed unit):

• Saves time, labor and power on mix control to make perfect and delicious ice cream. Has nifty air compressor and fully automatic.
• Capable of cent percent overrun. The unique dasher with Super whip reaction Beater ensures uniform texture, as air is unifo folded into the mix as it congeals. The air is filtered before it flows into the freezing barrel.
• Operation is very simple. At controlled pressure, with filtered air, the mix is inserted into the freezing barrel, the mix is inserted into the freezing barrel, later whipped by the reaction dasher while being frozen.
