The Stationary Boom Placer SB 17 has a 3-section hydraulic boom, mounted on a four legged chassis. Use of stationary placing booms can avoid the cumbersome process of laying the pipelines. This can ensure faster pours in less manpower, less crane usage and with increased site safety.
The SB 17 is provided with a sophisticated remote control system. Hence, the movements of the boom can be controlled precisely. Suitable safety devices are provided to ensure accident free and safe operation of the stationary boom.

These Aquarius mobile batching plants directly discharge the concrete
in to the transit mixer.
AQUARIUS Mobile Plants directly discharge the concrete into a Transit Mixer. The plants are mounted on re-usable precast foundations, which can be shifted to another location easily. Available with 0.35m3 & 0.5m3 Planetary Mixer, 1m3 and 1.25m3 Twin Shaft Mixers, with an hourly production of 21m3, 30m3, 60m3, 70m3 and 90m3 per hour. The Mobile Plants are provided with four Aggregate Bins with a total storage capacity of 18/30/40/50/70 cubic meters. With high precision load cells for electronic weighing of cement, aggregates & water and a digital display, the MP series plants are the most compact mobile batching plants from AQUARIUS range of products.
Another feature is the Skip Hoist arrangement for mixer loading and a modular, two-level PLC based control system with real-time SCADA for control and data management, RT-MATIC PLUS & RT-SMART. Plants have a compact design that boosts the production capacity and fits in smaller plot sizes.
An Admixture Dosing Unit and a standard Cement Screw Conveyor are also a part of the standard offering. A highly minimized operation & maintenance cost and a possible continuous production cycle as low as __seconds make the MP Series Plants the most preferred plants in the Contractor & RMC segment.
The MP 21 Plant is designed by understanding the requirements of the small sites which do not need concrete production rate as high as 30 m3 per hr but installation and shifting time required is minimum possible. Keeping most of the features of premium size plants like drive through design for transit mixer loading, belt weighing for aggregates, independent cement and water weighing systems, PLC and SCADA based control systemetc the new models are equipped with 0.35 m3 compacted output batch size for optimum usage of the equipment. Thanks to the compact design these plants fit in smaller plot size. Similar to their big brothers in this range, these plants also do not need any permanent foundations but only re-usable precast foundations for mixer structure and PCC for aggregate storage bins. The plants are provided with four compartments for the aggregate storage bins with a very low loading height. High precision load cells and electronic weighing systems ensure batching accuracies.
PLC and PC based control system is another highlight in this range. SCADA based system with all possible data analysis, remote assistance, data in Excel format, consumption records, alarms and online helpetc make this plant nothing less than the high end plants.
These plants are equipped with planetary mixers which is a unique feature in this range. Planetary mixers obviously ensure fast and homogeneous mixing in shortest possible time with very low operating costs in this size.

Concrete wash concrete recycling plant, manufactured by Aquarius, is a definite solution for solving your problem of disposal of residual concrete and slurry water produced while cleaning transit mixers, concrete pumps, stationary mixers and concrete buckets.
Concrete wash provides separation between solids over 0.15 mm diameter, through spirals rotating inside an inclined stationary drum.
Slurry water is discharged by forced overflow into a slurry pit and is then used for recycling in fresh concrete production.

The AQUARIUS 700, 1000, 1400 & 2100 series of standard diesel and electric line pumps has been the most preferred choice of the customers for the last 12 years. With over 1000 pumps in operation, it has left its mark on most of the prestigious projects in India as well as abroad.
With the biggest specified Cylinder diameter of 200 mm in its class, ensuring long distance and higher aggregate size pumping, the AQUARIUS Line Pumps are the most rugged and FUEL EFFICIENT pumps available in the market. The high diameter cylinder ensures the specified maximum output in the lowest possible strokes per minute, thereby reducing the wear & tear of pumping system substantially. The output can be controlled infinitely from zero to maximum, as may be required for the site application. Additionally, the seal type delivery piston design reduces the replacement cost drastically.
A unique feature of all AQUARIUS Concrete Pumps is the water cleaning system and effective reverse pumping of the concrete. The pump regulator provided is useful in protecting the hydraulic system from overheating and also the engine from overloading. The variable output regulator, pressure & flow regulator, as well as the torque regulator (DFLR or LRDS Control), not only assists in proper pump operation but also improves the overall fuel efficiency.
The Aquarius 1000 series Diesel and Electric line pumps have lesser towing length in their class and are ideal for pumping concrete up to a height of 60-80 meters. The AQUARIUS 1400 series of high pressure diesel and electric pumps optimize use of engine power for achieving high rise and long distance pumping. This ensures reduced fuel consumption along with extended pump life. The high pressure is achieved by providing a higher rated prime mover and not by reducing the cylinder dia. Designed to achieve higher vertical height pumping, the pumps can also use relatively low slump concrete having higher size aggregates.
The AQUARIUS 2100 series of Extra High Pressure diesel pumps optimize use of engine power for achieving high rise and long distance pumping. It ensures reduced fuel consumption along with extended pump life. It is the most rugged and fuel- efficient pumps with ease of cleaning and enhanced safety.

The plants are available in various capacities ranging from 30m3, to 240m3 per hour of compacted concrete output and designed for operations under extreme conditions with highest performance. Special plant designs are available for dam construction and precast manufacturers. The design can adopt Ice dosing, Microsilica dosing and some special additives very easily.
Ultimate modular design provides flexibility to adapt to site conditions and add on features as per project requirements. Specially cast wear resistant parts keep maintenance time and cost at a very low level.
AQUARIUS Stationary Plants are designed for ready-mix producers, contractors, precast manufacturers and special applications. Furnished mainly with twin shaft mixers from 1.0 m3 to 6 m3 capacity, the plants are also available with Planetary mixers upto 2.0m3 batch size upon request. 0.5m3 planetary mixers. The Stationary Plants are available in various capacities ranging from 30 m3 to 240 m3 per hour of compacted concrete output. The Plants are provided with four, five and six nos. Aggregate Bin option with a total storage capacity from 30 to 250 cubic meters.
