Ceramic Fiber Woven Cloth














Asbestos Centre Manufacturers ceramic fibre rope, braids, cloth tapes, and sleeving. Ceramic fibre textile products are made from alumina-silica ceramic fibre, free of asbestos. These non asbestos textile materials such as ceramic fibre rope can be used in different industrial applications under temperatures up to 2300 F (1260 C) and have excellent chemical stability and strong resistance to thermal shock and corrosion attack. Exceptions are hydrofluoric and phosphoric acids and concentrated alkalis. Ceramic fibre rope also resist oxidation and reduction. If wet by water or steam, thermal properties are completely restored upon drying. No water of hydration is present. Ceramic fibre rope contain 15% organic carriers, which helps to establish physical formation of products. The carriers burn out at about 750 F (400 C).



Ceramic fibre Cloth also contain reinforcement insert materials of either inconel wire or continuous fibreglass filament to increase handling strength during installation and enhance fibre durability to rated temperatures of 2000 F (1093 C) for inconel wire and 1200 F (649 C) for fibreglass filament. Ceramic braided packing includes Ceramic fibre rope are dense, high performance packing fabricated from ceramic fibre yarn braided around a core of ceramic fibre rope either to form a packing in Round or Square section of desired sizes.

These millboards are known for its features such as heat and fire resistance and strength. Our millboards are perfect at temperatures up to 500c (932" f) and even higher temperature when properly supported. Additionally, it can be used acceptably at extreme temperature up to approximately 1400 c. These are also known for its features such as withstanding vibratory and impact loads easily.

Ceramic Fiber Woven Cloth














Asbestos Centre Manufacturers ceramic fibre rope, braids, cloth tapes, and sleeving. Ceramic fibre textile products are made from alumina-silica ceramic fibre, free of asbestos. These non asbestos textile materials such as ceramic fibre rope can be used in different industrial applications under temperatures up to 2300 F (1260 C) and have excellent chemical stability and strong resistance to thermal shock and corrosion attack. Exceptions are hydrofluoric and phosphoric acids and concentrated alkalis. Ceramic fibre rope also resist oxidation and reduction. If wet by water or steam, thermal properties are completely restored upon drying. No water of hydration is present. Ceramic fibre rope contain 15% organic carriers, which helps to establish physical formation of products. The carriers burn out at about 750 F (400 C).



Ceramic fibre Cloth also contain reinforcement insert materials of either inconel wire or continuous fibreglass filament to increase handling strength during installation and enhance fibre durability to rated temperatures of 2000 F (1093 C) for inconel wire and 1200 F (649 C) for fibreglass filament. Ceramic braided packing includes Ceramic fibre rope are dense, high performance packing fabricated from ceramic fibre yarn braided around a core of ceramic fibre rope either to form a packing in Round or Square section of desired sizes.
