Working principleWhen main motor power decelerated by gear reducer center shaft and star rack will be forced to rotate roller will rotate around the center shaft under the force of centrifugal at the same time it parallel swings around arm shaft roller will be forced to press on grinding ring to make sure the perfect surface contact between roller and grinding ring. Roller revolves on its axis around roller material will be grinded and crushed grinded powder will be taken to classifier by air blowers air flow to be classified standard powder will be taken to cyclone collector by air flow then discharged by powder tube coarse powder will fall in the main machine chamber to be reground.

YGM high pressure ultrafine grinder is mainly applied in feldspar, talc, barite, marble, limestone, carbon black, argil over 500 kinds of material ultrafine powder process, final product size could be 500 mesh(25 micron)-2500 mesh(5 micron), finest size could be 3500 mesh(3.55 micron)
Working principle
After crushing process material will be taken to storage silo by elevator then vibrating feeder will bring material to machine grinding chamber then material will be scooped up to the gap between roller and grinding ring to be grinded blower makes air flow goes to grinding chamber powder will be taken to classifier to be classified coarse powder will fall and be reground standard fine powder will go to cyclone powder collector then discharged from discharge port. Material contains moisture water vapor would be generated when grinding some gas will be absorbed because the whole tube is not absolutely sealed and circular air volume would be increased in the system. To guarantee the grinding mill working in the negative pressure state extra air would goes into bag dust collector for purification.c

In July 2015, Xinjiang Jiugan Peng Mining Co., Ltd rented one EBH120 roadheader machine for the construction of Wuqia county copper mine tunnel. The tunnel had copper and a small amount of limestone, the roadway section is 18 square meters, the average footage is about 6 to 7 meters, slightly uphill. Through our training, the customers team learnt the way of use and maintenance quickly (earlier they used to dig with blasting and driving, not using a roadheader machine). Now the equipment is running very well and the accident rate is low, the footage efficiency has increased 5 to 7 meters per day.
This case is the classic ultrafine talcum powder processing field. HGM80 three-ring medium speed micro powder grinder can process talcum into 800 meshes used for papermaking filler.
