Our Organisation is currently largest facility of OEM Axle Shaft manufacturing in Indian subcontinent. The Company is preferred choice of the leading Commercial Vehicles in India and overseas. The Axle Shafts produced by the Company are known for its good quality in terms mechanical and physical properties. Right from the sourcing of good quality steel through forging and machining, the axle shafts are built to quality at every stage. At the core of its manufacturing is the process design excellence that delivers defect free axle shafts.

Our Organisation has developed over 370 different types of Axle Shafts ranging from 3~50 kgs of Finish Weight for LCVs, M & HCVs, SUVs and Off-highway Vehicles. Axle Shafts are manufactured upto 325 mm Diameter Flange.
Axle Shafts manufactured are for different applications like:

• Semi Float

Axle Shafts are manufactured using different suitable technologies like Screw Press, Upset and Cold Extrusion. They are subsequently machined on fool proof CNC Centers and Induction Hardened to perfection to deliver high quality Axle Shafts. We employ cold spline rolling (Rack type and Roller type) technology, which is preferred by the customers today as rolled splines are 35% stronger than the cut splines
