The control Panel is the most important part of the plant. The entire operating is precisely controlled by the panel board. All the electric controls supplied with concrete batchmixing plant are standard make. Lubrication to a total of 11 points (RM-800) and 14 points (RM-1050) is possible by a single hand lever valve located near the control panel. In short all the moving parts in the concrete mixer machine are lubricated by pulling a single lever.

Diesel compatible burner for adequate heating of viscose binder with oil is provided. The fuel consumption of the burner is 7-8 liters hrs.

Mixing drum supplied with atlas make ready mix concrete plants is carved out with extreme precision keeping in mind that it is subjected to most torture. The flights of the mixing drum are designed to throw out even the smallest particle out of the mixing drum. The drum movement in forward (clockwise) direction does the mixing while the drum movement in backward (anti-clockwise) direction aids in discharge of the material. The mixing drum drive motor here is connected to a gear box by a v belt pulley. This drives the mixing drum. This helps in minimizing vibrations and is also low on maintenance.

A lubrication system for the mixing drum is provided to lubricate all the eight moving parts of the mixing drum from a single point. Thus making the maintenance of the mixing drum easy.

When the mixing drum moves in anti-clockwise direction, concrete discharge takes place. Direct discharge of the mix material into a concrete pump is possible. We can also make a load out belt with hopper to discharge the material into a transit mixer.

All the feeder bins supplied with atlas concrete mixers have pneumatic operated gates. The four bin feeder of the concrete equipment is built on a strong and rugged structure. Air compressor provided with the concrete mixing plant is responsible for pneumatic gate open close.

Gathering conveyor supplied with the concrete mixer machine is suspended on 4 load cells. Aggregates are discharged into gathering conveyor. Once the set recipe accumulates on the gathering conveyor, it discharges the mix on to the slinger conveyor. A vibratory motor is provided for easy flow of aggregates. Gathering conveyor and slinger conveyor of atlas rmc plant are equipped with idler rollers and return rollers.

Weighing hopper supplied with Atlas concrete batching plants is mounted on 3 load cells and is equipped with butterfly valve for efficient discharge. Cement weighing hopper supplied with concrete batch plants is of suitable capacity and is provided with pneumatic vibrator and two inlets for two screw conveyors (Screw conveyors make is WAM-Italy).

Twin shaft type concrete mixtures manufactured by ATLAS Equipments are a standard on Atlas concrete plant. These twin shaft mixers ensure proper mixing concrete and maximum concrete output in shortest possible time.

Fully computerized cabin with plc based controller (optional: scada based controller) are provided with atlas make concrete batch type plant. A user friendly software ensures top notch performance of the concrete mixing equipment.

Control cabin supplied with Atlas ready mix batch plant is fabricated with M. S. structured frame and insulated by wood. Strategic location of the operator seat ensures complete view of the plant.

An air compressor of suitable capacity comes as a standard package with mobile batching plant. Air compressor equipped with the portable batch plant controls feeder gates, mixer gates, and butterfly valve opening and closing mechanism. The placement of the air compressor is very neat on the chassis near the feeder of the mobile concrete batch plant making the AMCB series of Atlas portable ready mix concrete batch mix plant extremely easy to maintain and transport.

Weighing cum discharge conveyor supplied with atlas mobile concrete batch plants is suspended on four load cells. Our portable concrete batch plant is equipped with a chevron type belt to enable the free flow of aggregates to the twin shaft mixer. The mobile batching plant conveyor comes with a bottom cover for the safety of personnel working at plant.

Once the aggregates are weighed, they get transferred to the twin shaft type mixing unit supplied with portable concrete batch mix plants. These twin shaft mixers are equipped with wear resistant pedal arms and shell is reinforced with replaceable high wear resistance ni hard liners for long life of the equipment. Aggregates, water, cement and additives are discharged after the weighing into the twin shaft mixer for homogenous mixing. The pneumatic system discharges the batch only after proper and homogenous mixing of all the materials in the twin shaft mixer supplied with portable concrete mixing plant.

Atlas make portable concrete mixers come with a standard cement hopper of capacity 30 bags. The cement hopper comes with a wam make screw conveyor for cement feeding into the cement weighing hopper.

The task of feeding conveyor is to transfer the aggregates to the mixing drum.

Water tank of capacity 200 liters (RM-800) 250 liters (RM-1050) is supplied with the mini concrete batching plant. The water tank is mounted on a load cell. The exact required quantity of water can be controlled from the panel.

Single stage twin cylinder air cooled diesel engine of 25HP at 2000 RPM is provided. Engine is “KIRLOSKAR” model HA 294. Engine powers bitumen pump and air compressor. Fuel consumption of the engine is 3-4 liters per hour.

Standard spray bar provided with the atlas tar sprayer is folding type fitted with pressure gauge regulating valve etc.
