We supply programmable wall-mount precision digital indicators for load cell and strain gauge applications . The 4-line backlit sunlight readable graphic LCD display is quick and easy to set up with plain language menus and prompts. With precision front end circuitry for high accuracy and stability, the ratiometric circuitry automatically compensates for temperature drift and excitation voltage variances due to cable loss. 5 or 10 VDC load cell excitation voltage is user selectable for use with both 4-wire and 6-wire load cells, powering up to 6 x 350 ohm load cells. Advanced features include auto-zero tracking; user input linearisation; maximum minimum recording; programmable front push-buttons; 3 programmable digital inputs; security menu lockout; motion indication; advanced digital filtering; automatic offset calibration; plus many more, to provide an all-in-one precision load cell indicator. RS232 and RS485 serial communications are standard with Modbus RTU and Modbus ASCII protocols. A simple ASCII-out protocol is also provided for serial printing and communicating to large displays. This model also includes 4 electromechanical relays, 16-bit analogue retransmission and a real time clock.

We manufacture Tank Level Systems which are comprised of a Tank Sensor and a remote 10-level LED Display Controller. These gauge systems are used in tankers, mining service trucks, fire trucks and all kinds of stationary tanks. The tank sensors are compatible with water, diesel and fire fighting foam concentrates. These fully digital self-checking systems have no moving or corrosive parts. The switching levels are programmed into the solid-state sensors by means of a computer or hand-held setter and display the water level as well as providing relay outputs. The displays may be panel-mounted, surface-mounted or rail-mounted types. Custom face-plates and systems are also made to suit Customers applications and requirements.
