Our power packs are so designed to provide better Serviceability, performance , & is sturdy in design to withstand pressure upto 300 bars. In addition, we also undertake reconditioning, retrofitting and upgrading of customers hydraulic systems. In tune with our commitment to adhere to high quality standards, we have gained expertise in the manufacture of Hydraulic Cylinders, offered under the brand name Precise. The Hydraulic Cylinders range from Bore 25 X Rod 12 X Stroke10 mm till Bore 330 mm X Rod 200 X Stroke 3000 mm. with working pressure up to 500 Kg/cm2. We manufacture Hydraulic Cylinders with the following constructions :

• Tie rod
• Welded
• Threaded
• Bolted
• Block

To stick to our high quality standards, we use only imported sealing & guidance systems. All our honed tubes are micro finished to a Ra value less than 0.3 microns. We also supply our Hydraulic Cylinders with imported honed tubes to suit our customers requirements. Our piston rods are ground and hard chrome plated. The offered Hydraulic Cylinders carry a warranty period of 12 months, which is a testimonial to our expertise in the manufacture of Hydraulic Cylinders. Whether it is the standard tie rod or welded Hydraulic Cylinders or the custom built threaded and block / Clamp Hydraulic Cylinders, we stick to our high quality standards and ensure that only imported sealing and guidance systems are always used. Electropneumatics Hydraulic Cylinders are designed for three pressure ranges- up to 70 bar, 210 bar and 350 bar. The Hydraulic Cylinders are precision honed and fitted with custom designed seals (PTFE & NBR) for long life and leak proof performance. Hydraulic Cylinders are available in bores from 25 to 500 mm and stroke lengths from 25 to 3000 mm. Options are single/double acting, single/double ended shaft, high-temperature seals, etc. Special extra-heavy duty and large bore Hydraulic Cylinders are also available. In addition to the standard Hydraulic Cylinders, Electropneumatics also designs and manufactures special cylinders to suit the customer's requirement. Double acting cylinders with bores up to 540 mm and single acting cylinders with rams up to 1300 mm in different configurations are available. We also make special Hydraulic Cylinders, such as compact-design cylinders for mobile applications, stainless steel rust and leak-proof cylinders for the pharmaceutical and food industry, cylinders for high-temperature furnace applications, servo cylinders, swing clamp cylinders, die lifters, die clamps, etc. We also undertake repairs and reconditioning of large Hydraulic Press Cylinders. The Salient Features of our Hydraulic Cylinders include :

• Honed Tube : All the tubes are micro honed for superior surface finish with Ra value less than 0.3 microns.
• Piston rod : En 8 to En 353 are ground and hard chrome plated with 25 microns minimum plating thickness.
• Piston : Single piece design to accommodate low friction seals.
• End covers : Accurately machined cast iron / mild steel plates.
• Sealing systems : Low friction seals with operating Pressures up to 80 mpa from BUSAK and SHAMBAN.
• Guidance systems : Turcite / Phosphor bronze bushings to ensure positive guidance.
