Our Product / Services
We offer the best product range of lost foam casting die, shell core die, Hand Mould Aluminium Pattern, Pressure Casting Die and Gravity Casting Die.
To produce investment, casting die or moulds are required to create the wax patterns that will eventually be coated in a ceramic shell. These dies are typically made of metal, such as aluminium or steel, and are precision machined to create the desired pattern.
The die is first designed with extreme precision to ensure that the wax pattern produced by the die is accurate and consistent.
Investment casting dies can be expensive to produce due to the complexity of the shapes and the need for extreme precision. However, once the dies are created, they can be used to produce large quantities of wax patterns, making investment casting a cost-effective manufacturing process for high-quality, complex parts.
Lost Foam Casting / Lost Wax Casting Die dies are used to create the foam patterns used in the LFC process. These dies are typically made of aluminium or steel and are precision-machined to create the desired pattern. The foam pattern is coated with a refractory material, which is then heated to create a hard shell. Molten metal is then poured into the shell, filling the void left by the foam pattern and forming the desired part.
Pressure Casting Die / Gravity Casting Die is a manufacturing process used to produce high-quality, high-volume non-ferrous metal parts. It involves injecting molten metal into a mould cavity under high pressure, typically between 1, 500 and 25, 000 psi (10 to 170 MPa).
A hand mould aluminium pattern and a hand mould wooden pattern are the types of patterns used in the foundry industry to create sand moulds for casting aluminium parts.
In the hand moulding process, a pattern is created using the hand mould aluminium pattern or wooden pattern. The pattern is then used to create a sand mould by packing sand around it in a mould box. After the sand has been packed around the pattern, the pattern is removed from the mould, leaving a cavity in the sand that matches the shape of the pattern. Molten aluminium is then poured into the mould, filling the cavity and creating the desired part.
Shell core die and shell mould die are two different types of dies used in the foundry industry for creating hollow or cored components.
Shell core die is a type of die used to create cores for casting hollow or cored components. The process involves creating a core box made of metal, wood or plastic. The core box is then filled with a special sand mixture known as shell sand. The sand is coated with a thermosetting resin and then heated until it hardens to form a shell. The shell is then removed from the core box and used as a mould for casting the component.
