Defatted fat Soya Flour is manufactured from Non GMO soyabean seeds. Before processing, seeds go though multiple stage cleaning for removal of foreign materials. The graded seeds are then cracked, de-hulled, conditioned, flaked and oil extracted in SEP. The de-solventized oil extracted flakes pulverized in hygienic and controlled condition to desired particle size. The material is conditioned in a controlled atmosphere before pulverization.

Soya Defatted flakes are manufactured by using only Non GMO soya bean seeds. During processing, the seeds go through a grading and multiple stage of cleaning process for removal of foreign material. The graded seeds are then conditioned, cracked, de-hulled and rolled into flakes. The flakes after highly efficient oil extraction with hexane solvent , are de-solventised through a Flash De-solventisation System (FDS) . In the flash desolventisation system , the solvent is removed very quickly(in few seconds) from the de-oiled oilseed material and recovered for re-use without moisture addition to protect the integrity of the proteins and other natural nutrients.

We offer indian yellow soyabean meal which is manufactured from non gmo soyabean seeds. Before processing, seeds go through multiple stage cleaning for removal of all foreign materials. The graded seeds are then cracked, dehulled, conditioned and rolls into flakes. The flakes, after efficient extraction, are de-solventized. The desired consistency is obtained through vibro graders.

Sodd is a by-product of the soybean oil refining produced in the deodorization step. Sodd is a complex mixture composed of fatty acids, sterols, tocopherols, sterol esters, hydrocarbons, breakdown products of fatty acids, aldehydes, ketones and acylglycerol species. It is an important source of natural tocopherols and phytosterols corresponding approximately 8% and 20%, respectively.

Best quality Lecithin is manufactured by us by drying of fresh gum produced during degumming of soyabean oil obtained from Non-GMO soyabean seeds. The manufacturing and packing of the product is done under hygienic conditions in ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 approved manufacturing facility. Lecithin is used for food purposes as an emulsifier, stabilizer, lubricate, release agent, instant zing agent, anti oxidant and dispersant.
