Corrugated fiberboard is combination of two or more plies of paper plies of paper to form a stronger structure with the help of suitable adhesive in which at least one of the ply of paper is in the corrugated from.Corrugated board offers almost unlimited possible combination of board types, flute sizes, paper weights, adhesive types, routinely; coustom designed to meet specific customer requirements.Corrugated Board is made from papers made up from cellulose fibres, which are virgin or recycled. This makes corrugated a renewable natural resources.These three layers of paper are assembled in a way which gives the overall structure a better strength than that of each distinct layer.

It is a kind of thick paper, which is usually formed by pasting several single sheets, one upon another. The principal use of such boards is for binding books & making letter-cases
It is typically made from layers of waste paper or recycled fibers. Most often it comes with two to three layers of coating on the top and one layer on the reverse side. Because of its recycled content it will be grey from the inside. The main enduse for this type of board is for packaging of frozen or chilled food, cereals, shoes, toys and others.
It has a coated top surface(C1S) in one or more layers as well as a coated reverse side(C2S). It is a medium density board with good printing properties for graphical and packaging end uses and is perfectly white both inside and out. It can easily be cut, creased, hot foil stamped and embossed. Its other properties, such as being hygienic and pure with no smell and taste, make it usable for packaging aroma and flavour sensitive products such as chocolate, cigarettes and cosmetic.
It is made up of mechanical pulp in between two layers of chemical pulp. The top layer is of bleached chemical pulp with an optional pigment coating. This is a low density material with high stiffness and has a slightly yellow colour, mainly on the inside. The major end uses of folding boxboard are health and beauty products, frozen, chilled and other foods, confectionaries, pharmaceuticals, graphical uses and cigarettes.
It is a Paperboard made with two plies or layers. Normally two layers are formed and joined together at wire part. It is used in Pharmaceuticals, Food Packaging, Garments, Liquor Cartons, Agarbati, Personal Care, Book Cover etc.
It has good burst factor & a suitable porosity in order to accept glue. The bleached white printing surface and a virgin kraft base combine to offer excellent printability in either combined screen or solid coverage graphics. Therefore it is mainly used in Corrugated Board manufacturing.
It is special type of paper which has been specially treated, e.g. by coating, lamination or impregnation, to improve its resistance to water and water vapor. They are particularly used in sacks/bags in order to maintain their tensile strength when exposed to moisture and for cartons if condensation is anticipated in transit.
It is used in making paper plates, high glossy wine bottle cartons & in food grade packaging boxes for higher self life.
Used in any application requiring a heavy weight Kraft, such as wrapping, floor protection lining, carrier sheet, and pallet interleaving.
It is widely used in detergent and soap industries, paper cut industries, food industries and many more such industries. It is also used in paper cups, ice cream cartons & food trays. It is free from any flavour and odour.
