  BTR has developed Single Pitch and Double Pitch Tools for conventional D/E Razor Blades. The Tools have given consistent Performance. One Tonne material can be easily punched between regrinds. BTR has also developed various Tools for twin and Three Blade Tools.  Surgical Blade tools  of progressive type for different sizes made by BTR has given good life between regrinds.

  BTR  can undertake Manufacturing of precisely ground and Wirecut Profile Punches, Interchangeable Die Segments, Round Punches  and Dies, Pilots, Cavity and Core Inserts and Parts for the Press Tools and Moulds.  

BTR Specializes in the Manufacture of Powder Compaction Tooling which typically consists of core, Upper punch, Lower punch and Die Both for Compacting as well as Sizing applications ranging from 5 tonnes to 100 Tonnes Presses.
