introduction: Chimo is a trading house importer and exporter. chimo is a supplier of a wide range of ready-made garments based in Bangladesh. performing orders for importers and retailers in Europe, u.s.a as well as in Asia chimo is a garment buyer and suppliers effective and cost efficient operational eyes and arms here in Bangladesh at competitive prices, satisfactory quality and faster lead-times. chimo is a partnership team of expatriate and local with more than 20 years garment marketing / merchandising, technical and financial management experience both here in Bangladesh and overseas. a team of highly trained merchandisers and quality controllers provide reliable sourcing, on time information processing quality assurance timely consignment deliveries and follow-up to our valued customers. our offer for fresh garment business: how we can support buyer or importers in this business- 1) we have our own factory and also we can source factory, where buyer can place order for produce required styling cloth/apparels/garments (knit, woven, sweater, undergarment) 2) we also source factory for home textile buyer (bed sheet, bed cover, pillow cover, table cloth, towel, comforter etc). 3) we source fabric/yarn/accessories etc what is required for giving fresh production. it can be local or imported. 4) we have our own factory and also can arrange facilities for embroidery/printing/hand design etc. 5) we can do the inspection on be half of buyer to maintaining the quality and can provide inspection certificate (ic). 6) we can do the whole work on our won responsibility, from sampling to shipments (counter sample making, pre production sample, production, export, shipping sample etc.) some information about how the other buyer doing business over here in Bangladesh: they have an office or agent over here in Bangladesh. they send the l/c or tt to there local office or direct to the factory. agent does the monitoring work and gives approval as per buyers’ instruction. agent or local offices do source fabric from fabric supplier and as well as accessories and give approval on be half of buyer and take care all the work for one time shipment. we can perform as same as buyers agent or local office over here in Bangladesh on commission basis our offer for stock garments business: how we can support stock buyer or importers in this business- 1) we can source stock/leftover as per buyer requirement. 2) we can do the price negotiation with factory or stock supplier, on be half of buyer 3) we can inspect that goods for checking the quality and to make assure buyer that goods are ok or not. 4) we can also prepare all the documentations for exporting garment from Bangladesh. 5) we can also purchase goods for buyer in cash and export to buyer’s destination. please note by purchasing cash goods price will be more cheap rather then l/c. 6) we can source stock fabric for buyer and also can arrange to give production by stock fabric as per buyer requirements. 7) we can also perform as a purchase department in all over the world as per buyers demand (buyer should bear all cost for traveling and advertisements) some information about how the other buyer doing business over here in Bangladesh: buyer/importer come over here (Bangladesh) and stay in hotel, agent give advertisement on newspaper one week before and set appointments’ for suppliers. after coming to Bangladesh stock suppliers/factory person/stock brokers are came to see buyer and present there stock and leftover items, buyer confirm (cash, l/c, tt) and after confirmation, agent do all the work for (price negotiation, inspection and prepare all shipping documents) export.
