We Offer "A" Grade Alum Tanned leather Cricket Ball
BDM has developed a new kind of machine to automation and revolutionized in the manufacturing of Cricket Balls ever first in India, which gives equal pressure of 1400 lbs, to compressed & stretched leather to impact even thickness on all side to avoid de-shaping of leather. The Cups are compressed and cut automatically to give better perfection and circumference to shape each ball.
Now the trend is towards â��Aâ�� Grade alum tanned leather cricket balls, which are pre-stretched, 80 hand stitches, 6-10 pre-waxed twisted cotton thread. â��BDMâ�� alum tanned quality is coloured & tallow dipped, waterproof compressed leather with wax finish and ensures to have correct hardness due to new composite cork core having controlled bounce. The Ball is approved and tested by R & D Centre, Govt. of India, meeting all the requirements of U-15, U-19, U-22, Ranji Trophy etc
