The annealing of Laminations is done in a pit-type furnace (With PID Thyristor Control) in an inert atmosphere to relieve any stress. The required raw material is sourced directly from the Steel Processing Centres of reputed Steel Mills. Benaka maintains ample stocks of CRGO and CRNGO grade materials at any point of time facilitating the manufacture and supply of Laminations with short lead times. The in-house tool room ensures that the tools are maintained periodically and are ground at regular intervals to ensure that the burr levels of the Laminations are maintained within acceptable levels.

We have multiple slitting lines to facilitate burr-free slitting of mother coils as wide as 1, 200 mm down to 5 mm with precision in width to the order of a few microns. The core is manufactured on fully-automatic Core Winding machines ensuring high stacking factor. The core is then annealed in an inert atmosphere for relieving any stress. The result is a core in which all molecules are aligned in the direction of flux, thus ensuring the desired electrical characteristics. We maintain an extensive stock of the electrical steel required in various grades of CRGO and CRNGO, with thicknesses ranging from 0.20 mm to 0.35 mm. With a range of mandrels, from 10 mm to 150 mm, we are able to manufacture a wide range of cores with a maximum OD of 200 mm.

Our inventory of Bobbins is good to meet orders Ex-Stock on most occasions. In case we do not have the stock, the lead time for the deliveries is not more than a week in most cases. Backed by a tool room for developing moulds and press tools, we can develop the necessary tooling to meet the demands of the customer for developing new Bobbins and related components.Benaka Electronics can supply Coil Formers and Enclosures using Engineering Plastics like Nylon 6 -- Unfilled & Glass Filled, Nylon 66 -- Unfilled & Glass Filled, ABS, etc., All products are manufactured from high quality materials purchased from recognised and approved suppliers who meet international specifications.

The Clamps and Brackets are made from CR Sheets and zinc yellow plated with passivation are nickel plated. Customized plating options are also undertaken as per customer requirements. Customers can choose from the standard range of mounting accessories or provide their specific requirements. Backed by a full-fledged Tool Room, development of special pressed compounds or moulded components is taken up on customer request.
